CoupleSnap allows users to upload one or two photos to generate AI-created couple images. We may update, modify, or discontinue any feature at our discretion.

4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when creating an account.
- Only upload photos you own or have permission to use.
- Not upload content that is illegal, offensive, explicit, or infringes on others’ rights.

5. Intellectual Property
- You retain ownership of the photos you upload.  
- By uploading, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and generate images for your use.  
- All generated content, software, and branding remain the property of CoupleSnap.

6. Payments and Refunds
If you purchase paid features:
- Payments are processed by third-party providers; we do not store your payment details.
- All sales are final unless otherwise required by law.
- We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.

7. Content Storage and Deletion
- Uploaded photos may be temporarily stored for processing and deleted within [e.g., 24 hours].  
- You may request deletion of your account and data by contacting [email protected].

8. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for harassment, impersonation, or defamation.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or exploit our technology.
- Use generated images for illegal or harmful purposes.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that generated images will meet your expectations.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoupleSnap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.
